Very good for the price. Very friendly staff. Room was fine. TV could be a little bigger but it worked well. Breakfast was standard but plentiful and well monitored. A quick drive into lacrosse or West Salem and money saved!!!! I will stay here again.

Excellent staff; courteous, efficient, and thorough. Each day offered a variety for a free breakfast. Extra towels available for pool visits and free coffee/hot water available for tea. 24/7....

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the friendly staff and cleanliness made up for that. Loved how close it was to the bike trail!

Very outdated, dirty feeling, stayed a week no daily housekeeping, had to go to desk every time we needed anything, stack of mattresses outside, food was stale or spoiled . Squealing pipes, clogged drains …. Don’t recommend

This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, our beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool area was clean relaxing. Our breakfast was hot and tasty and the customer service was outstanding! I recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back next year.

We paid almost $100 per night for this hotel for 3 people. One of the nights only 1 of us stayed there. This hotel advertises breakfast from 6-9 AM, with hot items like sausage and eggs. ***This is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as we really like a breakfast with hot items.**** Well, my 90 year old mother, who eats very sparsely, went down ***two days in a row*** at about 8:20 - 8:30 AM only to find they were out of eggs and orange juice. On the second of those days I was with her when this happened. I went and told the young man at the desk my mother would like some eggs. The young man told us to wait, went in the back room (no doubt went to ask the older man, whom I would guess is his father). The young man came back and told us, "Breakfast is over!" making hand motions like "finished, done!". I asked him what time breakfast was till and he said 9 AM. I looked at the clock and so did he, and he said, "I know breakfast is until 9AM but breakfast is finished!" Not only was this rude and a ripoff, but he even implied we should not be eating anything out there remaining (such as bagels, etc.) Then, a few minutes later, without missing a beat, he asked me if we are checking out. I said yes, meaning, "Yes, after we are done with our breakfast, we will return to our room and get our stuff." We ate and then returned to our room only to find our key would not work. The older man had to come and open it for us, no apologies of course for that, or for the breakfast episode. We really feel like we got ripped off and I am really burned on the Super 8 name.

Great place to stop on a road trip. The rooms were quiet because it is further back from the interstate than other hotels. The breakfast room was pleasant and sunny with ample choices. Swimming a couple dozen laps was a great way to prepare for a long day's drive. I've stayed here before and biked the Sparta-Elroy Trail, leaving from the parking lot and biking on side streets to pick up the trail.

This hotel definitely needs someone knowledgeable at their front desk. We have been staying there since November 21, 2023 off and on. Our first contractors price was $70.00. The week of December 11, our price was $59.00. We had another guy end up going up the same week and he was a single and his rate for the same time was $65.00. The week of January 22, I was quoted $69.00 then they charged us $75.00. I'm sure that was because we ended up needing another single and they were going to charge us $75.00 for the single. I know depending on time of year, mid week or weekend, celebrations the town my have and other things the price will fluctuate. THIS IS CRAZY and on top of that in November they wanted a credit card authorization which is almost always asked for and instead of sending us a blank authorization, they sent us one for another company that was staying there with all their information. Company Name, address, credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit code on the back and the guys name on the card. I had to call them and tell them what they did. I have called at least 5 times and asked to have a manager call me to no avail. Do not stay at this place. I only gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them a ZERO.

The linens need to be replaced. Towels are frayed and worn. Would have been nice to have liquid shower gel and some lotion in the room. Carpets could use a deep cleaning. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The guest book in the room needs to be updated with the correct times for breakfast. Nice and quiet location.
